By using PaidHarbor, you agree to these terms. We've kept them plain and short.
The service
PaidHarbor provides free tools for creating invoices, receipts, quotes, and business calculations, plus optional paid features for saved clients, recurring documents, and reminders. Core tools are free to use with no signup required.
Legitimate use only
PaidHarbor is built for real businesses documenting real transactions. You may not use PaidHarbor to create fraudulent documents, including fake receipts, falsified pay stubs, or documents intended to misrepresent income or payment history. We reserve the right to refuse service for misuse.
Your content
You retain ownership of the invoices, receipts, quotes, and data you create. Documents you generate and store locally never leave your browser unless you choose to sync them to an account.
No warranty
PaidHarbor's calculators and templates are provided as a convenience and are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Verify figures before relying on them for filings or payroll.
Paid plans
Paid subscriptions are billed through Polar, our merchant of record, and can be cancelled at any time. See our Refund Policy (available at checkout) for details.
Changes
We may update these terms as PaidHarbor evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
